Bookings 

Bookings will ONLY be accepted using the official booking form.

Cost per rider is £100 or 150 Euros

Please send it to the address on the form together with your cheque for the race entry.

Race entries are non-refundable.

Bike Transport 

Fees will be payable directly to the people who are transporting your bike. Phone or e-mail to book and they will check availability of space. find your local transport here

Costs are roughly £80 for a Minimoto and £100 for a bigger gearbox/X Sport  bike. £150 for a Minimoto and a Gearbox/X Sport bike. 

This is to cover fuel/expenses etc. 

Packing Instructions

Gearbox bikes will only be transported if they are SECURELY fixed to a paddock stand, no box required.

Minimotos can be one of the following

· In a  standard Minimoto cardboard box 

· In a  wooden boxes made not more than 6mm plywood measuring 1080x360x800 high. Leathers boots, helmets etc must go in the box

· The bike securely tied to its stand along with a bag containing leathers boots, helmets etc.

IMPORTANT - you must adhere to these sizes otherwise your box will be stripped and your bike transported on the stand.  Incorrectly sized boxes cause massive transportation problems.

Boxes will only be accepted unsealed or with a small padlock numbered corresponding to the box and all keys handed in to the van driver in case of an inspection.
